Mr Bruce Hocking is an experienced Sydney solicitor and company secretary. Since 1999 he has been the Secretary and Director of Australian Medical Co-Operative Ltd which has a membership of over 700 medical practitioners. Mr Hocking is also the company secretary of a number of private companies in various fields and was previously company secretary for Australian ASX-listed medical company, Safety Medical Products Limited, and is a partner in AMC Law, the proprietor of Martin Place Lawyers and a director of DC Legal.

For many years Mr Hocking was the Executive Chairman of the Australian franchisee for Weight Watchers and oversaw its successful introduction into Australia and expansion into all states and overseas and later was Managing Director of the Slimmers Group before taking the position of General Manager of Langley Laboratories.

Mr Hocking was also Executive Vice President and Secretary of M-Ray Corporation Inc. in Los Angeles before returning to Australia to resume practice as a solicitor specialising in franchise and corporate work.

Mr Rohan McCoy is a senior accountant with over 30 years experience in public practice. Mr McCoy was previously a partner for 10 years of Sydney-based PH Cary & Co, Chartered Accountants, with a decade of earlier chartered experience at Bouris, Dowd and Vince, Rost & Kitchener and Young Barnsdall & Joye Chartered Accountants.

Mr McCoy is a member of the National Institute of Accountants, a registered Company Auditor and Registered Tax Agent and has been in private practice since 2000.

Mr McCoy has had extensive accounting and audit experience in a wide range of industries, including media, mining, retail, manufacturing, financial services, IT and telecommunications, incorporated associations and not for profit organizations, including experience with public listed companies, with broad-based industry experience in all aspects of public accounting and financial management.

Mr Peter Fagan is a Solicitor Director of DC Legal. He is DC Legal’s Senior solicitor with prime responsibility for all general, commercial and personal injury litigation, including Class Actions and insolvency matters.

Previously with Allens Arthur Robinson in Sydney, Mr Fagan has extensive experience in litigation and has practiced as a lawyer in Ireland and New Zealand. Mr Fagan holds an Honours Law Degree and a Graduate Diploma in Commercial Law.
